Please note: All test results are confidential. Our Lab staff are not allowed to discuss test results with patients under any circumstance.

Our Services

Our laboratory is internally managed by the Clinic. Appointments are not needed except for in the situations mentioned below. Should you have any questions concerning test results please contact your Provider, or you may review the results via the TRICARE Online Portal.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How long does it take to receive test results?

All completed test results may be seen through TRICARE Online Portal.  Most test results are reported within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the test sample. Tests sent to an outside lab will take longer.

How can I receive a copy of my test results?

All completed test results may be seen through TRICARE Online Portal

Do I need an appointment?
The laboratory requires an appointment for 3 hour Glucose Tolerance tests, which must be scheduled directly with the Laboratory by calling 252-466-0310.  This test will be performed by appointment ONLY during normal working hours Monday-Friday.

Does Naval Health Clinic Cherry Point accept lab orders from civilian providers?

No.  At this time, we do not accept lab orders from civilian providers.

Closed Saturday, Sunday & Holidays

Please ensure you bring your military ID/Dependent ID Card.
