** Commercial Phone Service Degraded **
Commercial phones at the clinic are degraded due to a problem with the service provider.  Patients may experience difficulty trying to reach staff at the clinic via phone.  

* Pharmacy Refill Line *
- Patients are experiencing trouble connecting with the current Pharmacy refill line ending 0570.
- Pharmacy patients seeking refills should call 252 - 380 - 2424 until the telephone problem is resolved.

Patients are encouraged to message their provider through MHS Genesis until the problem is resolved.

Having problems downloading a Form?

If you’re getting an error message when downloading a form, then try:

  • Updating your Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader.
  • Downloading the file using Microsoft Edge. Chrome, Firefox, and other browsers no longer support opening PDFs.

If that doesn’t work, right-click on the form you’re trying to download and select “save-as” to save the form to your computer.
