Commercial phones at the clinic are degraded due to a problem with the service provider.  Patients may experience difficulty trying to reach staff at the clinic via phone.  

* Pharmacy Refill Line *
- Patients are experiencing trouble connecting with the current Pharmacy refill line ending 0570.
- Pharmacy patients seeking refills should call 252 - 380 - 2424 until the telephone problem is resolved.

Patients are encouraged to message their provider through MHS Genesis until the problem is resolved.

MaskUp! - Masks Required to Enter Cherry Point Clinic

MCAS Cherry Point  –   Mask Up!  

Face coverings are required to enter Naval Health Clinic Cherry Point.

Per DoD Guidance, masks must be worn by all personnel entering a military treatment facility, regardless of their vaccination status.
