Commercial phones at the clinic are degraded due to a problem with the service provider.  Patients may experience difficulty trying to reach staff at the clinic via phone.  

* Pharmacy Refill Line *
- Patients are experiencing trouble connecting with the current Pharmacy refill line ending 0570.
- Pharmacy patients seeking refills should call 252 - 380 - 2424 until the telephone problem is resolved.

Patients are encouraged to message their provider through MHS Genesis until the problem is resolved.

*Training* Hospital Corpsman Third Class Tamiyah Williams places a mask upon a simulated patient to assist their breathing while conducting a testing portion of the Emergency Medical Technician-Basic training hosted by the MCAS Cherry Point Fire and Emergency Services Department on March 11, 2026.
