- Pharmacy patients seeking refills should call 252 - 380 - 2424 until the telephone problem is resolved.

MCAS Cherry Point — Staff aboard Naval Health Clinic Cherry Point enjoyed a day with their children as they participated in “Bring a Kid to Work Day” on Thursday, April 25.

Staff aboard Naval Health Clinic Cherry Point bid Fair Winds and Following Seas to Navy Lieutenant Kurt Backer at a ceremony Wednesday, April 24, 2024. Backer began his service aboard the clinic in June 2021, ending as the Department Head of the facility’s Readiness Clinic. He led a team ensuring the deployment readiness of military units assigned to Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point and received the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal in recognition of his service.

Sailors and staff serving aboard Naval Health Clinic Cherry point celebrated the 131st Birthday of the Chief Petty Officer during a ceremony held Monday, April 1 aboard Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point. Chief Petty Officers, past and present, were commended for their leadership and commitment to excellence during the event which involved a ceremonial cake cutting.

Cherry Point Clinic Celebrates 131st Chief Petty Officer Birthday

MCAS Cherry Point — Sailors and staff serving aboard Naval Health Clinic Cherry point celebrated the 131st Birthday of the Chief Petty Officer during a ceremony held Monday, April 1 aboard Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point.

Lt. Amanda Gwyn will attend the Uniformed Services University in Bethesda, Maryland as a participant in the Navy’s Duty Under Instruction Program to earn a PhD in Nursing Sciences and become a professional nurse researcher. Gwyn served aboard Naval Health Clinic Cherry Point from September 2020 to March 2024, ending her tenure here as the Department Head for the Readiness, Immunizations and Marine Centered Medical Homeport clinics.

MCAS Cherry Point — Two Sailors serving aboard Naval Health Clinic Cherry Point received recognition for their actions assisting a fellow Sailor in need.

ScriptCenter Opens Aboard MCAS Cherry Point

MCAS Cherry Point — Leaders aboard Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point marked the inauguration of a resource improving the method and manner Marines, Sailors and beneficiaries receive prescriptions aboard the base.

Cmdr. Kathleen Dagher, Director for Administration aboard Naval Hospital Cherry Point, presents Mr. Steve Roy a U.S. National Ensign flown that morning in front of the facility and earlier in locations across the Central Command area of responsibility during his retirement ceremony Thursday, February 29, 2024. Roy served the MCAS Cherry Point community over four decades aboard Naval Hospital and Naval Health Clinic Cherry Point, ending his career as the Facilities Maintenance Department Supervisor. During his 42 years at Cherry Point, Roy executed over $60 facility projects in two different buildings serving under 19 different commanding officers.

“Cornerstone of Naval Healthcare at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point” Retires After More Than Four Decades of Service

MCAS Cherry Point — A civilian employee serving aboard Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point retired in February 2024 after more than four decades of service to Marines and Sailors assigned to the installation and beneficiaries living in the surrounding communities.

Hospital Corpsman Second Class Nancy Morales, center, received a Coin from Navy Capt. Sean Barbabella, Commander of Naval Health Clinic Cherry Point, in recognition of her initiative and expertise on Tuesday, March 5, 2024. Faced with low staffing over the 2023 holiday period, Morales, assigned to the clinic’s Readiness Department, developed a new system expediting service members’ Periodic Health Assessments, resulting in the rapid review of over 200 in a period of two weeks.
